GLITTER AND DOOM at Reeling, at Landmark Cinema

Embark on a vibrant, glittering odyssey of music and romance, orchestrated to the Grammy Award-winning melodies of the Indigo Girls.

The film introduces us to Doom (Alan Cammish), a serious musician, and Glitter (Filipino music sensation Alex Diaz), a lively circus performer. Their summer romance blossoms amidst adventures and intimate conversations, all set against a backdrop of musical moments that echo the cinematic style of Baz Luhrmann. As they pursue their individual dreams, they face a series of trials and tribulations which come alive in the music.

Filmed in the pulsating heart of Mexico City, Chicago trained director Tom Gustafson weaves a tapestry of lush visual performances throughout.

Featuring a diverse ensemble cast including Missi Pyle, Ming-Na Wen, Lea DeLaria, Tig Notaro, Drag Race's Peppermint, and a special appearance by the Indigo Girls themselves, Amy Ray and Emily Saliers, this radiant, queer, musical love story is not to be missed.
