Annual Club Meeting and Dinner Event

In accordance with our bylaws, we will hold our annual club meeting before dinner. During this meeting, we will discuss proposed changes to the bylaws and the slate of directors for 2025/26.

Event Schedule:

• Doors Open: 5:30 PM
• Program Begins: 6:00 PM
• Dinner Served: 6:30 PM

Post-Dinner Entertainment: Join us for a fun-filled evening featuring two exciting contests: BEST DRESSED and BEST COSTUME! Whether you want to impress with your style or showcase your creativity, we encourage you to participate. Winners will receive special prizes from our door prize cupboard!

Please note: Dressing up is entirely optional—whether you choose to come as you are or dress to impress, you’ll be welcomed with open arms.

Event Pricing:

• Members and Their Guests: $25
• Non-Members: $30

Please register by October 11 to ensure that Ann Sather knows how much food to prepare.

• Online Payment (No additional fees): Select the GREEN TICKET option when ordering and pay with a credit card.
• Payment at the Door (Cash Only): Select the RED TICKET option when ordering. Please bring exact change if possible.
